Oog+Oor 2014 – The Rietveld Busstop synesthesia

The award winning landmark Rietveld Busstop, an art deco morris column under the city hall building of Eindhoven, is annually subject to adjustment by an inspired artist/designer. This year the trustees (Gerrit Rietveld bushalte foundation) chose Studio Vrijdag inventors Paul and Sappho Panhuysen to display their transformation.

Oog + Oor (Eng: eye + ear) is a sudoko based spectacle of image and sound sequals and paterns. 365 fragments from the carillon on the rooftop of the city hall are chosen to play one composition per day, commenced by the hour.
