Rob Tieben (1986) is a designer, researcher, entrepreneur and director. He has a PhD in ‘behaviour change through play’, and is co-founder of a group of companies (Games for Health). Games for Health works to make 1 billion people happy and healthy using the power of play, interaction and technology.
Rob enjoys cooperating with experts, scientists, healthcare professionals, patients and families. Together with partners, he designs and implements scalable health solutions that truly change a person’s life. These solutions are implemented world-wide in hospitals and homecare, through start-ups, scale-ups and partnerships.
Rob also aims to accelerate the application of science in the real world through international research projects. He works to create communities of science, business, healthcare and education that propel each other forwards.
